This incident has been resolved, we will continue to monitor to confirm stability.

We are seeing indications that the data centre provider's network connectivity is returning to service. We are continuing to monitor assess stability and/or residual impacts.

We are continuing to wait for an update from the data centre provider on the network connectivity issue they have confirmed is affecting connectivity to this data centre.

Next update is due at 09:45.

We are currently waiting to hear from the data centre provider for progress on a confirmed outage on the connectivity to the DC04 data centre.

The data centre provider is reporting a loss of connectivity to one or more of their data centres and is investigating the issue with urgency.

We are continue to monitor for updates from them and/or improvements in accessibility.

The next update will be in 15 minutes.

Investigations are indicating an upstream loss of network connectivity within the data centre providers network, making the entrustIT services hosted from DC04 inaccessible to clients/users.
